A 3-story midrise community located adjacent to a major public transit center.  This $22 million project is the latest phase of a major redevelopment for the Diamond neighborhood of San Diego, which is considered one of the five Gold Catalyst communities in the state. This project was the first new construction of affordable housing in an area known for an acute shortage of high quality, safe rental housing.
